摘要 介绍了SS7E电力机车故障检测及诊断系统的结构,在深入分析和比较国内电力机车的结构和控制原理的基础上,提出了SS7E电力机车开关量检测点全集及故障点全集,详尽地阐述了通过故障树获取规则集的方法,并推导了高效推理机制;构造了SS7E智能故障诊断系统知识库,描述了计算机中存储知识库的数据结构,研制了基于逻辑控制单元、微机柜、机车彩屏及工业控制计算机的SS7E电力机车开关量在线故障诊断系统。车载试验表明,本文研制的系统具有可靠、实时的优点。 The structure of the detection and diagnosis system of Electric Locomotive SS7E is introduced. On the basis of thoroughly analyzing and comparing the structures and control principles of domestic locomotives, the full set of digital check points and fault points of SS7E are given. The method to get regulations from the fault tree is described. The high-efficiency reasoning mechanism is deduced. The intelligent fault diagnosis data bank of SS7E is constructed and the data structure is explained. The digital signals fault diagnosis system is developed, which is based on the logical control units, microcomputer, color display screen and industry control computer. The on-board experiments indicate that the system has the reliable and real-time advantages.
