摘要
用x-ray衍射分析、差热分析及扫描电镜等方法,探讨了氧化钛添加量对基础玻璃的晶化速率,晶相组成与微观结构以及微晶玻璃部分性能的影响。结果表明:添加适量的氧化钛将形成中间相,通过中间相诱导析晶,可降低基础玻璃晶化温度,提高晶化速率。在所研究的Cao-Al2O3-SiO2系统中,氧化钛的最佳添加量为10wt%。
This paper analyses the effect of different amount of TiO2 added on crystallization andproperties of a Glass-Ceramic in Cao -Al2O3-SiO2 system with the aid of x -ray diffraction, differentialthermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy, and results show that a suitable amount ofTiO2 added promoted the crystallization by fordring an intermediate crystalline phase. The optimalamount of TiO2 was 10wt%.
