摘要
分析了水击产生的原因,结合瞬变流动控制的基本理论,分析了管道不稳定流动的水击保护的各种方法,基于鲁皖成品油管线部分水击工况的超前保护的仿真模拟,指出超前保护控制系统的优缺点,提出了过渡过程主动控制决策系统的研究方法。以大落差输油管道停泵事故为例,采用空间特征线方法与最优化方法对管道的限压及限时反问题进行了求解,得到了停泵保护的阀门最优调节规律及系统最小水击压力。实例分析结果证明了输油管道主动控制系统的优越性,对输油管道调度控制具有实际的指导意义。
The reason of producing surge was analyzed. Measures to prevent the water hammer of pipeline were also analyzed based on the basic theory of controlling transient flow. The virtues and defects of lead protection system were indicated with simulation on lead protection of part of surge processes in Luwan product oil pipeline of China. And the research approach on active control decision system in transient process was proposed, The power failure accident of long slope pipeline was an example. Dimensional method of characteristic curves and optimization method were used to solve the pressure limit and time limit problem of the pipeline. Optimum regulation law of the valve in the protection process was defined, and the minimum surge pressure was obtained. The different regulating laws were analyzed with the surge pressures. The results demonstrate the superiority of the active control system of oil pipeline. It has the practical governing significance to the dispatch and control of oil pipeline.
