摘要
针对直齿锥齿轮疲劳破坏中出现儿率最高的齿面接触疲劳强度问题,在UG中建立齿轮几何模型,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对齿轮进行动力学接触仿真分析,计算了齿轮副在啮合过程中齿面接触应力、应变的变化情况及两对轮齿同时接触过程中接触压力的分布情况。
Geometrical model of a bevel gear is established and bevel gear dynamic emulation analysis is operated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software for that the fatigue failure probability of bevel gear is the highest in tooth surfaces contact fatigue resistance. The contact stress and deformation during the meshing process are calculated. And the distribution of contact force is calculated when two pairs of teeth contact simultaneously.
