摘要
目的:通过对优秀女子足球运动员身体成分的测试,探讨女足运动员的身体成分的特点.方法:采用生物电阻抗法,对女足运动员、体院体教专业和普通系科女大学生身体成分测试并进行相关指标的比较.结果:女足运动员的去脂体重、肌肉量、等长去脂体重和等长肌肉量均显著高于体育教育专业学生(体教组)和普通院系学生(对照组),三组呈女足组>体教组>对照组,体脂%显著低于对照组和体教组.结论:女足运动员身体成分、结构更为合理.
The body composition of elite female football athletes is studied by using the method of ex- periment. The body composition of Chinese elite female football athletes, PE students and female students from other departments are detected by bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). The results show that the free-body weight, muscles weight and free-body weight/body height of female football athletes are heavier than that of PE students and students from other departments. The percentage of body fat of female foot- ball athletes decrease significantly. The body composition of Chinese elite female football athletes is better than that of PE students and students from other departments.
