摘要
介绍了基于UG特征造型的轴承座部件族的建立技术及使用方法。利用特征造型、参数化设计创建轴承座通用模型,通过设置参数关系式及利用Excel族表,集合共同的可变尺寸生成一系列的轴承座零件模型,不需要逐一单个创建模型,能够大幅度提高设计效率和节约磁盘空间。
This paper introduces the setting-up technology and operation method of the bearing stand compoents clan based on UG characteristic modeling. A series of part models of bearing stand is produced without establishing individual models one by one to improve the speed of designing and economize the magnetic disc space by a big percentage, by utilizing characteristic modeling, parameter to design and establishing the model bearing stand in common use, through setting up the variable size of the relational expression of the parameter and using Excel clan form with common set.
