摘要
为了达到不损坏试件,却能估计出混凝土疲劳寿命的目的,对混凝土的弹性模量、泊松比、密度等参数对混凝土疲劳寿命离散性的影响进行了探讨.通过疲劳试验,筛选出最适合作为混凝土疲劳寿命预测指标的参数,由试验数据得出了混凝土疲劳变形发展第二阶段中塑性应变增长率与疲劳寿命关系的经验公式;提出了一种基于塑性应变增长率的混凝土疲劳寿命预测方法.经验证所得混凝土预测寿命与实测结果及前人试验结果均符合较好.
In order to predict the surplus fatigue life of concrete under nondestructive condition, the effect of some parameters such as elastics modulus, Poisson's ratio and density of concrete on the fatigue life is discussed in this paper. According to the test results, the best parameter to predict the fatigue life is screened out from the parameters mentioned above. Then, an empirical formula is established to describe the relationship between fatigue life and the growth rate of plastic strain in the second stage for the fatigue deformation. Hence, a new method based on the growth rate of plastic strain is proposed to predict the surplus life of concrete. This new method is verified with actual test data from this paper as well as other reports.
