摘要
对比分析了2种透水模板(CPF)的主要物理性能;结合宏观、微观试验,探讨了透水模板改善混凝土性能的机理与效果.结果表明:透水模板能有效降低混凝土浇注时的表面水灰比,提高混凝土的表面密实度,改善混凝土的孔隙分布和表观质量,提高混凝土抗渗性和耐久性.
The main physical characteristics of two types of controlled permeability formwork (CPF) are analyzed. Combined with macrostructure and microstructure tests, principles and effects of CPF to improve the concrete performance are discussed. The results illustrate that water cement ratio(mw/mc) of poured concrete surface can be effectively decreased and pore distribution of concrete surface can be improved by using CPF, anti-permeability and durability of concrete can be strenghthened as well.
