摘要
研究铜石墨含油材料复压前后抗弯强度、弹性模量和密度的变化并分析其机理,从工艺上提出降低复压压力的方法。通过分析断口形貌指出,复压前后材料的断裂机制是不同的;通过复压可提高含油孔隙在全部孔隙中所占的比例,并可提高材料的弹性模量、抗弯强度和密度。
The effect of repressing on the bend strength, elastic modulus and density of this material as well as the mechanism was investigated, and the result showed the properties above were improved greatly by repressing, the ratio of oil content to the pore increased when repressing, and the repressing pressure could be reduced just by controlling the oil content infiltrated. SEM study showed the fracture morphology was different before and after repressing.
