摘要
公共政策研究在国内方兴未艾,目前正处于"西语东移"的阶段。任何一个民族国家的公共政策总是镶嵌于该国广阔的社会文化背景之下,因此,公共政策研究的本土化就成为一个重大的议题。本文立足于文化的视野,从价值、制度、行为和文本四个向度构建并探讨了中国公共政策本土化研究的一个系统的分析框架和重要议题。
The research of public policy is just in the ascendant at home and is now in the process of ＂west language moving east＂. The public policy of any nation is always beset in the wide social cultural background. Therefore, the localization research of public policy has become a great subject. On the basis of culture, the paper constructs a systematic analysis frame for Chinese public policy indigenization research and discusses some important subjects such as value, system, behavior and text.
