摘要
近年来,食源性疾病对人类的生命和健康造成重大危害,食品安全已成为全球性的重大战略问题。最近膨化食品中的铝超标事件频繁发生,引起了有关学者的重点关注。然而采用国标方法检验膨化食品中的铝含量还有一定的不足。对铝含量的国际检验方法进行了改进,改进后的铝含量测定方法简便,容易控制,结果精确。
