摘要 近年来,食源性疾病对人类的生命和健康造成重大危害,食品安全已成为全球性的重大战略问题。最近膨化食品中的铝超标事件频繁发生,引起了有关学者的重点关注。然而采用国标方法检验膨化食品中的铝含量还有一定的不足。对铝含量的国际检验方法进行了改进,改进后的铝含量测定方法简便,容易控制,结果精确。 Recently puffs in food the aluminum exceeded the allowed figure the event frequently to expose, has caused our key attention. In recent years the food source disease Caused the significant harm to the humanity life and health. Food is safe has become the global significant strategic question. Had the certain insufficiency with the GB code method examination puffs food in aluminum, this article makes to the inspection procedure improved after the method determination easily, was easy to control, the result was precise.
