摘要
文章阐述了在快速成型设备上实现激光选区烧结功能(SLS)的成型机理,探讨了激光加热原理。对复合树脂基材料的选区激光烧结过程的成型工艺参数进行了优化设计,同时对激光扫描速度、激光功率、铺粉厚度等主要参数与预热温度的匹配以及成型参数的选择进行了优化设计,得出一组最佳组合的工艺参数。
In this paper, the principles of selective laser sintering are introduced in ctetall and me principies of powder heated with laser are stated. With the parameters of scanning speed, laser power, preheating temperature and depth of powder layer considered as the most important on the forming process, the work focuses on the design of the method of optimization about the parameters on the selective laser sintering process.
