摘要
从重庆市石柱、黔江、奉节等烟区的烟草根围土壤中采集土样85份,分离获得两类细菌752株,其中芽孢杆菌499株,荧光假单胞杆菌253株。对烟草赤星病菌和黑胫病菌采用对峙培养法,对烟草青枯病菌采用平板喷雾法共初筛到有拮抗活性的菌株348个,占分离株总数的46.3%。复筛结果表明:赤星菌抑菌带宽在8.0~12.0mm的拮抗菌株有29株,其中芽孢菌12株,荧光菌17株;黑胫菌抑菌带宽在9.0~14.0mm的拮抗菌株有26株,其中芽孢菌2株,荧光菌24株;青枯菌抑菌圈直径在30.0~42.0mm的拮抗菌株有31株,其中芽孢菌9株,荧光菌22株。
752 bacterial Strains were isolated from 85 soil samples collected from tobacco rhizospheres in Shizhu, Qianjiang and Fengjie of Chongqing, among them, 499 strains were Bacillus spp. and other 253 strains were Pseudomonas fluorescent. 348 strains primarily isolated showed antagonistic effects on Alternaria alternata, Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae and Ralstonia solanacearum after duel culturing on PDA or plate spraying on NA, which accounted for 46.3% of the total isolated strains. The results of further screening showed that the width of inhibition zone of 29 strains against A. alternata ranged from 8.0 to 12.0mm, of which 12 strains were Bacillus spp. and 17 strains were P. fluorescent, the width of inhibition zone of 26 strains against P. nicotianae ranged from 9.0 to 14.0mm, of which 2 strains were Bacillus spp. and 24 strains were P. fluorescent; the inhibition diameter of 31 strains against R. solanacearum ranged from 30. 0 to 42.0mm, of which 9 strains were Bacillus spp. , and 22 strains were P. fluorescent.
