摘要
综述了纳米复合陶瓷刀具材料增韧补强机理及其增韧补强模型的研究情况,主要包括微裂纹增韧、残余应力增韧、相变增韧、桥联增韧、塑性变形增韧和协同增韧等多种方式,并指出了目前研究中存在的问题。
The research status on the strengthening and toughening mechanisms of nano-scale composite ceramic tool materials is summarized. The micro-crack toughening, residual stress toughening, bridging toughening and plastic deformation toughening are reviewed and discussed. The existent problems are pointed out.
