摘要
基于热传导及热弹性力学知识,建立了主轴工作状态下的稳态温度场和热变形的三维热分析有限元模型。运用ANSYS有限元软件,准确分析了主轴在工作过程中处于热平衡状态下的温度分布及热变形特点,计算结果为后续加工中心主轴系统的优化提供了理论背景。
Based on the heat exchange and thermal elasticity mechanics, three dimensions finite element model is built up for steady temperature field and thermal deformation of working spindle axis. By using the finite element software ANSYS, the characteristics of temperature field distributing and thermal deformation of spindle axis during working in the state of heat equilibrium were analyzed exactly. The theory background for the optimizing design of spindle axis is provided through the result of calculation and analysis.
