摘要
很多建模方法已经被报告用于HIV治疗。在HIV,免疫细胞和药物之间,展示了多间隔的相互作用,不能被很好地理解,从而不能被很好地建模。本文通过自主计算建模来理解HIV感染的动态性和治疗。为了验证治疗策略,我们设计并实现一个基于NetLogo平台的原型系统。当前的仿真结果表明经典的HIV三阶段动态性感染在NetLogo平台中被基本再现。
Many modeling methods have been reported for HIV treatment. Among HIV, immune cell and drug, exhibit multicompartmental interactions that are usually not well understood and as a result, can not be accurately modeled. In this paper, Modeling by AOC is to understand the dynamics of HIV infection and therapy. To demonstrate the strategies of therapies, we design and implement a prototype system on the simulation platform based on NetLogo. The current result shows that the typical three-stage dynamics of HIV infection is basically reproduced in the NetLogo simulation.
