红景天苷对子鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨红景天苷对H2O2诱导子鼠心肌细胞凋亡的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法在原代培养的SD大鼠子鼠心肌细胞上建立H2O2损伤模型,观察不同剂量红景天苷(10μg/mL、30μg/mL、90μg/mL)对心肌细胞凋亡率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的影响。结果与模型组比较红景天苷不同剂量组可降低心肌细胞凋亡率(P<0.01),降低MDA含量,增加SOD和LDH活性(P<0.01),且呈剂量相关性。结论红景天苷对H2O2诱导的子鼠心肌细胞凋亡有抑制作用,其作用机制可能与其抗脂质氧化有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of salidroside on the apoptosis of cultured mycardioocytes induced by H2O2. Methods The models in myocardiocytes of neonatal rats induced by H2O2 were established. After treatment with salidroside (10, 30 and 90μg/mL), the apoptcsis rate, the content of malondial dehyde(MDA), the activity of supemxide dimutase(SOD) and the activity of lactate dehydroge-pase(LDH) in the cardiomyocytes were examined. Results The apoptosis rate and the content of MDA decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ) and the activity of SOD and I.DH increased (P 〈 0.01 ) after treatment by salidroside. Conclusion Salidroside could inhibit apoptosis of myocardiocytes in neonatal rats induced by H2O2 and it might be related to reduce lipid perosidation.
