摘要
引入了大变形流动理论的偏相似耦联方程的概念 ,并应用加权余量法建立了金属成形过程中的实验模拟和理论转换热能原理 ,根据该势能原理并应用拉氏乘子法 ,建立了相应的广义势能原理 ,这些势能原理将在实验模拟的基础上为实现模型体和原型体位移与应力场的互相转换奠定理论基础 。
The potential energy principle for experimental simulations andtheoretiocal transfornations in metal forming processes is established by using the partial sim-coupled equations for largedeformations and flow theoty and the weighted residual method. Meanwhile, accotding to the potential energy peonciple, a corresponding generaliged potential energy principles is set up by means of Lagrange's maltipler method. These potential energy principles lay a theoretical foundations for the transformatiions from the displacement and stress fields of models into that of prototupes on the basis of experimental simulations. These prinxiples have a imporfant theoretical significances. and praetical values for investigations and tesfes of theories in metal forming peocesses.
