摘要
分析某卸船机俯仰梁两次产生裂纹的位置附近的结构和锈蚀状态,结合该卸船机累计作业量,对其设计寿命循环次数进行计算,同时,对产生裂纹的结构进行疲劳强度校核,分析计算结构改变前后俯仰梁疲劳强度的变化,最终确认产生裂纹的原因,并给出结构维护措施。
By means of an analysis on the structure and corrosion near the crack that has been taken place twice on the pitching boom of a ship unloader, and by consideration of its accumulating amount of work, this paper calculates its total cycle index during the designed service life, and verifies its fatigue strength for the structure that is cracked. The crack mechanism is finally determined and the corresponding repairing method is put forward by the analysis on the variation of the fatigue stresses on the boom from former structure to the improved one.
