摘要
目的 考查玉菊泡腾片的提取工艺及质量标准。方法 采用正交设计试验等方法 对木蝴蝶、野菊花、赤芍等中药的提取浓缩以及冰片的β-环糊精包合条件、方法 进行优化。结果 最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,1h/次;醇沉时煎煮液的醇沉条件为将水煎液浓缩至比重为1.10(1.08-1.12,50℃),加乙醇使乙醇含量达70%。结论 提取,制备工艺及处方优化筛选为玉菊泡腾片的制备提供了科学依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process and quality standard of Yuju Paotengpian. Methods The orthogonal desigh was to apply to optimize the extraction process. The contents of components and extraction yield were selected by assessment indices. Results The optimal extracting condition is ten times water of crude herb amount,three times for 1 h each time. The optimal precipitation condition is 70% ethanol and the density of concentrated decoction reaches 1.10( 1.08 - 1. 12.50℃ ). The rate of extraction must quality standard Conclusion This study supplies basic and instructive data for further research and preparation of Yuju Paotengpian.
