摘要
庆大霉素是一种耳毒性药物,能够导致感音神经性聋。耳毒性药物中毒性聋与氧自由基增多密切相关,且氧自由基参与了耳蜗组织损伤及耳蜗细胞凋亡的过程。豆科植物葛根中分离出的葛根素是异黄酮类有效成分,其可直接清除氧自由基。用药物有效拮抗庆大霉素的耳毒性越来越为人们所重视。因此,用庆大霉素制作耳毒性动物模型,来探讨葛根素注射液对庆大霉素引起的耳蜗毒性的防护作用。

Gentamycin can take part in the progress of the form of oxygen free radical and add up the amount of oxygen free radical. The active principle of puerarin is isoflavone separated from pueraria root, a leguminous plant. The chemical compound of isoflavone clean oxygen free radical. It is necessary to study the transient ototoxic effects of gentamicin, In order to determine whether puearin also inhibits the ototoxic side effects of gentamicin, a transient ototoxic animal model was made based on the injection of a middle single dose of gentamicin and was observed for the electrocochleographic changes after administering the drug with or without simultaneous injection of puerarin.
