摘要
分析了选择性激光烧结技术和熔模铸造型芯对材料的要求。研制出了一种适合SLS的熔模铸造型芯新材料。该材料由氧化铝和聚苯乙烯粉末混合形成。通过对不同的材料配比和不同的颗粒大小进行正交实验,选取合理的材料配比和颗粒大小。采用机械混合法,经过在机烧结,获得型芯,并用型芯浇铸了不锈钢件。通过性能测试和组织分析,该材料性能稳定,能满足选择性激光烧结和熔模铸造型芯的要求。
It is analyzed that the demands to materials on selective laser sintering and investment casting core. A new material is developed and it is adapted to investment casting core and selective laser sintering techniques. The material is made of aluminium oxide and polystyrene powder. The optimum percentage of compo- nents and size of particles is decided to the results of ozthogonal experiments. After mechanical molding and sintering, the cores are gained and stainless steel parts are made with the cores. By performance testing and structure analyzing, the material is stable and can meet the demands of selective laser sintering and investment casting core.
