摘要
无定量斗立井箕斗式装载系统加装定重装载装置是煤矿亟待解决的重要课题。介绍了国内解决该问题的一些方法,针对其不足之处提出了一种提升箕斗载荷在线测量系统,并论述了该系统的工作原理和结构组成。在多个煤矿的长时间使用证明,提升箕斗载荷在线测量系统能有效解决无定量斗立井箕斗的定重装载问题。
The skip loading system for vertical shaft without measuring pocket should be equipped with quanti- tative loading unit. A on - line load measuring system for skip loading was put forword. The principal and structure for load measuring system are given. Load measuring system has been used for 2 years in several mines. It is effective to solve load measuring for skip load without measuring pocket.
