摘要 在由UltraPAC系统捕获的摩擦焊接缺陷图像中,存在着宏观和微观缺陷信息。如何实现对接头缺陷准确的定量分析一直是研究的热点。提出了一种基于小波变换模极大值的边缘检测算法,采用了3次B样条小波来实现图像边缘检测,并对实验得到的超声检测图像进行仿真。通过比较,利用小波变换模极大值提取的图像边缘效果非常明显,为后续的摩擦焊接超声扫描缺陷图像的分类与识别提供了非常有用的信息。 The friction welding defect images eaught by UltraPAC system lie in macro and micro defects, and how to achieve the accurate quantitative analysis for the joint defects has been a hot spot. An improved method is proposed based on wavelet transform modulus maximum, it image edge detection by using 3 - spine wavelet. Through the simulation of the experimental ultrasonic detection image, compared with the traditional edge detection algorithm the result shows that the performance of proposed new method is great better.
