摘要
随着高层及大空间建筑的逐渐增多,大面积高层钢管脚手架支撑结构在当前建筑施工中常作为模板支撑体系,由于目前关于此类模板支撑体系设计和施工的规范较缺乏,对钢管支撑系统中斜杆只提出构造要求,未作为设计计算要求,施工过程中仅凭经验架设支撑系统,致使模板支撑系统失稳倒塌经常发生,由此造成的经济损失和人员伤亡非常严重。文章分析以往模板倒塌事故,并结合ANSYS、MSGS对模板支撑体系进行比较分析,总结模板倒塌的主要原因,并对实际工程提出了解决问题的方案。
With the increase of high-rise and large space buildings, the steel tube scaffolding supporting structure of high-level and large area is commonly adopted in the current building construction. Since the design and construction codes of this system are not currently available, and the tilt tube rod of this steel bracing system is only required in construction but not considered in design calculation, the supporting system is built only according to experiences in the construction work, which causes frequent collapses because of instability of the system, resulting in great economic losses and casualties. Based on the analysis of past collapses and accidents and the application of the software ANSYS and MSGS, the main causes of template collapsing in practical construction are summarized and a plan to resolve the problems is put forward.
