摘要
本研究通过对用人单位进行较大规模的调查以及较为严谨的数据分析,试图了解用人单位对大学毕业生素质的整体要求,以便引导大学生在校时有的放矢地学习,减少大学生就业市场中的信息不对称性情况的发生。本研究以美国著名职场研究专家Bill.Caplin的研究形式与成果为基础,采用二次量化的量表形式,并利用spss软件包对数据进行处理。最后,依据研究结果分析了大学生及高校应采取的对策。
This research carries on more extensive investigation and comparatively rigorous data analysis in the employing unit, attempt to understand the whole requirement for graduate's quality of employing unit, in order to study with a definite target in view while leading university students to be at school, reduce the emergence of the information asymmetry disposition condition in university student's careers market. This research regards research form and achievement of famous career researcher Bill. Caplin in U.S.A. as the foundation, adopt two quantized scale forms, utilize SPSS software package to deal with the data. Finally, according to the result of study, the article analyzes the countermeasure which the university students and the university should adopt.
