摘要
为实现电力驱动系统中电池和电机的优化匹配控制,针对混合动力电动汽车电力驱动系统在放电时的工作特性,以镍氢电池和永磁无刷直流电机为研究对象,在电池、电机性能实验研究的基础上,建立了驱动工况下的电池放电效率和电机效率数值模型,得到了电力驱动系统最佳效率和电机输出转矩的数学表达式。提出了提高电力驱动系统工作效率的控制策略,仿真结果表明,所设计的控制方法可有效提高电力驱动系统的工作效率,实现了整车动力性和燃油经济性的优化匹配。
To realize optimal motor and battery control in electrical power driving systems, we investigated the characteristics of the motor and battery and established numerical models of battery and motor discharge efficiencies under driving conditions. This model was obtained based on electric power driving system discharge characteristics performance of a hybrid electric vehicle. The vehicle used MH/Ni batteries and a permanent magnetic brushless DC motor as energy sources. The mathematic expressions of optimal efficiency of the electrical power system and the motor output torque were constructed. A control strategy .for improving the electrical driving system efficiency was proposed. The simulation results indicate that control method design was effective at improving drive system power efficiency. Optimization matching of vehicle power and fuel economy was realized.
