摘要
主要介绍了大学生数学建模竞赛的由来及其在中国的发展,从数学建模竞赛的内容和特点进行分析,指出了数学建模竞赛在培养学生的数学应用能力、创新实践能力、团结合作能力、自学能力和使用文献资料的能力、意志力、计算机应用能力等方面所起的作用.
The origin of mathematical contest in modeling and its development are mainly introduced. From the analysis of content and characteristics of mathematical contest in modeling, the roles were played by mathematical contest in modeling such as the cultivation of capacity of applying mathematics, innovated practical, cooperative, self-taught capacity, the capacity of utilizing literatures, willpower, capacity of applying computers in this paper.
