摘要
该高速动车组的双联式虎克万向节传动轴,均匀传递转矩和旋转运动。为适应不同工况,中间轴采用空心花键轴,对其进行受力分析,得知在运转过程中,花键轴在承受转矩作用的同时还承受弯矩作用。鉴于经典接触理论的局限性,应用ANSYS Workbench 11.0对中间轴花键进行有限元建模及接触分析,得出该中间轴花键在同时承受转矩和弯矩的情况下花键齿面接触应力的分布情况,对进一步研究齿面磨损及疲劳强度有一定的借鉴意义。
The dual units type Hooke's cardan shaft of EMUS can transfer equably torque and rotating motion. Its mid-shaft adopts hollow spline shaft for adapting different working conditions. Force analysis for mid-shaft show that spline shaft bears both torque and bending moment in operation. On the basis, because of the limitation of classical contact theory, the finite element modeling and contact analysis of spline shaft are done that based on ANSYS Workbench 11.0. As a result, the distribution of contact stress of spline tooth surface is obtained with both torque and bending moment, which would be helpful to further research for tooth surface abrasion and fatigue strength.
