摘要
为满足某大功率、大流量的液压油源系统油温的高精度控制要求,针对液压系统温度场大时滞、非线性、时变性的特点,设计了参数自整定模糊PID控制器,使用SIMULINK结合MATLAB中的FUZZY工具箱进行仿真研究,结果表明,该控制器用来控制液压源的温度是十分有效的。
In order to obtain the high control precision of the oil temperature in the hydraulic resource with high power and flow,a fuzzy parameters self-tuning PID controller was designed,considering the feature of the large time delay,the nonlinearity,and slow-time varying for hydraulic temperature field.The simulation was done using SIMULINK and FUZZY toolbox.Result shows that the temperature of hydraulic resource is controllable by use of the control system.
