摘要
介绍了逆向技术在快速成型制造技术中的应用;分析了目前逆向工程技术中的数据采集、数据处理、三维建模等关键技术,阐述快速成型的内涵、技术特点、发展趋势,对目前逆向工程和快速成型研究与应用存在的问题及解决的对策提出了讨论,并以具体实例说明了逆向工程的三维建模过程。
The application of the reverse engineering(RE) in rapid prototying(RP) manufacturing was introduced.Some key technologies of the RE were analyzed,such as data collection,data processing and 3-D modeling technology at present.The connotation,technological characteristics as well as developing tendency of RP were elaborated.Some solutions to current problems are proposed.The means of 3-D modeling procedure in RE was illustrated by a specific sample.
