摘要
借助大型有限元分析软件Marc分析在旋转接头中非对称三油腔流体静压轴承,求解流场的压力分布,计算油膜的承载能力和刚度,为承载系统的结构设计和应用提供了理论依据。
Rotating Union is a special kind of part used for the transmission of fluid from fixed to rotated components,now it's applied extensively in the filed of mechanism,such as machine tools,drilling machine,etc.Based on finite element method and MARC software,through analyzing the un-symmetrical three-oil-port bearing,the pressure field distribution,oil film force and oil film stiffness were got.According to the obtained data,the bearing system of the rotating union was designed.
