摘要
为了实现汽车车身结构的轻量化,针对国内某轿车车身顶盖横梁,设计了镁合金冲压件替代原来的钢结构横梁,并利用有限元仿真分析软件对比分析了钢结构横梁和镁合金横梁的模态、刚度、强度及顶压等性能。结果表明,镁合金件的结构设计与工艺是可行的,能达到原钢件同等的刚度、强度,而且与原钢件相比减重约40%。
In order to lighten the weight of a domestic car body structure,we designed magnesium alloy roof member to substitute for original steel parts,and the mode,stiffness,strength and roof crash of steel member and magnesium alloy member were analyzed by using finite element simulation analysis software.The results show that new structure and process are feasible,the performance such as the mode,the stiffness the strength and roof crash of magnesium alternatives achieve the same level as original steel part,and alternatives weight decreased about 40 % compared with the original steel parts.
