摘要
目的:应用电针刺激SD大鼠肝俞、足三里、丰隆、太冲穴,观察其对高脂饮食所致的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠肝组织病理改变的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组和药物组,每组10只,16周断头处死,用HE染色观察肝组织光镜下的病理改变;EMSA法测定肝组织NF-κB活性。结果:模型组和药物组大鼠肝组织的NF-κB活性明显高于正常组(均P<0.01)和电针组(均P<0.05)。结论:肝组织NF-κB的活性增强与非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的发生密切相关;电针可以起到降低NF-κB活性而达到治疗NASH的目的。
Objective: To observe the effects of electronic acupuncture on NF-kappa B binding activity and the expression of PPAR gamma-mRNA in the livers of rats with non-alcoholic steatosis hepatitis, acupoints Ganshu (BL 18), Zusanli (ST 36) , Fenglong (ST 40) and Taichong (LR 3) were needled with electronic acupuncture. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of ten each : normal group, model group, electronic acupuncture group and the medicine group. The rats were killed at the end of the 16^th week from the beginning of the experiment. Serum and liver specimens were collected. Histological specimens were stained with HE and then studied. Results: NF-kappa B binding activity was obviously higher in the model group, and the medicine group than those in the normal group (P 〈 0.01 ) and the electric acupuncture group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The increased activity of NF-kapaa B might play a vital role in the inflammatory response of NASH.
