摘要 首次研究了天葵(Semiaquilegiaadoxoides(DC)Makino的提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性。室内生测结果表明,天葵提取液对小菜蛾具有很好的拒食活性,其95%乙醇提取液的原液对小菜蛾的选择性拒食作用和非选择性拒食作用分别为82.5%和76.8%,24h非选择性拒食作用的AFC(50)为0.245,回归方程Y=5.807+1.323x,相关系数r为0.981,达极显著水平。24h或48h更换新鲜对碟饲虫的观察结果还证明,天葵提取液对小菜蛾的羽化有一定的不良影响。 The present paper is the first report dealing with biologital activity of the extract of Semiaquilegia adoxoidex (DC) Makino to diamond back moth Plutella xylostella (Linne). The results of bioassay indicated that the extract had effective antifeeding to the larvae of the moth. Choice-antifeeding and non choice-antifedding of the crude extract of 95% ethanol to the larvac are 82. 5% and 76. 8% respeetively. Within 24 huurs, AFC(50) of non choice-antifeedign is 0. 245, regression cquation Y= 5. 807 + 1. 323x, coefficient of correlation 0. 981 at significant levcl. The results of adding fresh leaf disks at 24h and 48h showed that the extract can influcnee pupation of the larvae and emergence of the moth.
