摘要
台山发电公司(台山电厂)2号锅炉所配空气压缩机(空压机)运行中出现了排气温度过高、排气含油量超标和排气含水量大等问题。检查发现,其原因是空压机附属设备油过滤器、气水分离器与主设备不配套,冷油器面积小及疏水排放方式不合理等。通过采取更换不配套设备、增大冷却器换热面积和采用双路水冷等措施,上述问题得以彻底解决。
Several problems, such as over- temperature of the exhaut gas, exceeding set standard of oil content in exhaust gas etc. , have occurred in operation of the air compressor allocated for boiler no. 2 in Taishan Power Generation Co Ltd ( i.e. Taishan Power Plant ). It has been discovered through inspection that the cause are as follows: the auxiliary equipments of air compressor, such as oil filter, and air -oil separater aren't coordinated with the main equipment; small area of the oil -cooler; and un - reasonable exhaust mode of the drain etc. o Through replacing the un- coordinated equipments, increasing the heat exchange area of the oil -cooler, and adopting double - loop water cooling etc. , the above - mentioned problems have been thoroughly solved.
