摘要
针对高渗透油藏筛管完井的水平井,研发了包括高黏替浆、防漏酸洗的多段塞完井液技术。第一段塞为高黏度(表观黏度〉100mPa·s)替浆液,是含有多种功能添加剂的交联聚合物凝胶,滤失系数C,在5.32×10^-4~7.74×10^-4m/min^1/2,对岩心伤害〈15%,破胶后黏度〈2mPa·S,残渣率〈3%。第二段塞为高效配方清洗液。第三段塞为复合酸化解堵液,其组成为:按常规土酸基本原理配制的一种缓速酸,一种降解聚合物的成分(用量0.1%~0.3%时可使聚合物溶液黏度由6mPa·s降至0.447-0.348mPa·s)及助溶剂(用量3%~8%时可使解堵液对岩屑的溶蚀率达到35.0%~78.5%);该解堵液可彻底去除泥饼,对泥浆伤害后的岩心的解堵率高达85%。第四段塞为加入粒度分布符合要求的TR-5油溶性屏蔽暂堵剂的复合酸化解堵液。第五段塞为优质洗井液(氯化铵溶液)。该技术在冀东油田6口井完井中试验获得成功,介绍了G104—5P46井施工中所用各段塞量、挤注压力变化及返排情况。截止2007-07-01,该技术已用于胜利许多油田的40余口井,均获得成功,大幅度提高了筛管完井水平井的产能。表8参3.
A multislug completion fluid and a well completion technology, including drilling-in fluid displacement and acid washing without leakoff are developed for screen liner completed horizontal wells in high permeability oil reservoirs. The 1st slug of the completion fluid (CF), or drilling-in fluid displacement slug, is a crosslinked polymer gel, containing lots of auxiliary additives and having apparent viscosity 〉100 mPa's and is characterized by filtrate loss factor C3 in range 5.32×10^-4--7.74 × 10^-4 m/min^1/2, damage to oores 〈15%, viscosity of brokendown gel 〈2 mPa's, and residue 〈3%. The 2nd slug is a high efficiancy formulated flush fluid. The 3rd slug is a oompounded blockage relieving fluid (CBRF) and comprises a retarded acid formulated on the basic concept ofstandard mud acid, a polymer degrading ingredient capable of reducing polymer solution viscosity from 6 mPa's to 0. 447---0. 348 mPa's at dosage 0.1--0.3%, and a mutual solvent, with which added at dosage 3.0--8.0% the dissolution of cuttings by CBRF is increased from 35.0% to 78.5%; the CBRF removes fluid cakes thoroughly and relieves the blockages in fluid damaged cores at a high percentage of 85%. The 4th slug is the CBRF admixtured with oil soluble temporarily shielding/plugging agent TR-5 of proper particle size distribution. The 5th slug is NH4Cl solution as excellent well flush fluid. The trial of the completion technology in 6 wells in Jidong is successful and the slug size, the changes in slug squeezing pressure, and the appearance of the flown backs in completion operations in well G104-5P46 are presented. The field uses of the fluid and the technology are successful in more than 40 wells in lots of oil fields of Shengli up to July 1, 2007 and have resulted in raised productivity of screen liner completed horizontal wells.
