聚丙烯酰胺/水溶性酚醛树脂反相乳液水分散液的成胶性能 被引量:3

摘要 所报道的反相乳液含25%聚丙烯酰胺、15%交联剂(水溶性甲阶酚醛树脂),可用作深部调驱剂,是将交联剂借助乳化剂分散在采用复合乳化剂制备的白油外相聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液中制得的,储存稳定性良好,其水分散液在加入转相剂后几天内发生转相,交联形成水基凝胶,黏度迅速升至峰值后下降,此后大体稳定至少30~40天,160天后仍有较高值。实验水分散液用矿化度8.476g/L的孤-联采出污水配制。转向剂加量增大时(0.4~1.6g/L),20g/L的聚/交反相乳液水分散液65℃时的转相时间和成胶时间缩短,成胶黏度增大。转相剂加量为0.8g/L、反相乳液浓度增大时(5~20g/L),水分散液65℃时成胶时间缩短、成胶黏度增大即成胶性能增强。转相剂加量为0.8g/L、反相乳液浓度20g/L的水分散液,25℃和35℃时基本不成胶,在45~65℃范围p14越高成胶性能越好。转向剂加量0.8g/L、反相乳液浓度20g/L的NaCl盐水分散液65℃时的成胶性能随含盐量增大(≤20g/L)而改善,在不合盐的水中不成胶;当配液用水为含聚0,985g/L、矿化度7.365g/L的油田污水+清水时,只有当污水比例≥2/3时才能成胶,但凝胶黏度低,为4~8Pa·s。图7参4。 An inverse emulsion containing 25% polyacrylamide (PAM) and 15% water soluble phenolic resin, resol, and suggested for use as indepth profiling/flooding agent is prepared by emulsifying resol in PAM in white oil inverse emulsion, the later is manufactured with emulsifiers in combination. This PAM/resol inverse emulsion is stable in storage and, when dispersed in water, can be phase inversed in several days after a phase inverter (PI) introduced and form a hydrogel meanwhile the viscosity of the inverse emulsion despersion(IED) in water fast raises to a peak, then lowers, keeps steady in 30--40 days at least and maintains fairly high values in 160 days. The experimental IED is prepared in produced water of TSD = 8. 476 g/L taken from C, udao gathering/treating plant No 1. For 20 g/L IED at 65℃, the phase inversion time and the gelation time shorten and the viscosity of gel formed rises with incrasing PI dosage from 0.4 to 1.6 g/L. At PI dosage 0.8 g/L and at 65℃, the gelation time shortens and the gel viscosity rises, that is, the gelation behavior enhances, with increasing PAM/resol inverse emulsion concentration in the water dispersion from 5 to 20 g/L. For 20 g/L IED at PI dosage 0.8 g/L, gelation does not proceed practically at 25℃ and 35℃ and the gelation behavior en- hances with raising temperature from 45℃ to 65℃ ; for the same IED gelling fluid at 65℃, the gelation behavior is weak at pH = 6.0 and enhances with pH increasing from 6.5 to 9.0. For 20 g/L IED in NaCl salt water with PI dcsage 0.8 g/L at 65℃, the gelation behvior enhances with increasing salinity up to 20 g/L and no gelation occurs in salt free water. When the PAM/resol inverse emulsion is dispersed in mixture of produced water of TSD = 7. 365 g/L and containing 0. 982 g/L polymer and fresh water, gelation occurs only at produced water proportions equal to or higher than 2/3 and the gel formed has low viscosity of 4--8 Pa·s.
