摘要
对搭载在我国第21颗返回式科学技术试验卫星中,太空飞行27d的雌性蒙古裸腹溞,与地面对照组进行生化组成比较,经常规的检测方法进行分析,结果表明:1.搭载诱变组维生素C和碳水化合物含量低于地面对照组,其中碳水化合物低于2.5倍多、蛋白质含量略高于地面组;2.脂肪酸组成未发生变化,但脂肪酸的含量有存在不同差异,搭载诱变组所含的海水鱼类必需脂肪酸EPA含量高于地面组1.2%;DHA含量也略高于地面组.可见,经太空诱变的裸腹溞含的高度不饱和脂肪酸较全面,涵盖仔、稚、幼鱼各个期间所需的必须脂肪酸,这表明太空搭载技术应用于水产生物的诱变育种具有广阔前景.
In our study we compared the biochemical composition of space-treated Moina monglica with the control group on the earth. The results showed that the content of vitamin C was lower, the content of Carbohydrate was as low as 2. 5 times compared and protein content was slightly higher in the space-treated group compared with the control group. Though the composition of fatty acid remained unchanged the proportion had been altered. For example, the necessary fatty acid of DHA in the space-treated group was comparatively higher than the control group and the content of EPA in the space-treated group was 1.2% higher. All results showed that the polyunsaturated fatty acid in the space-treated Moina monglica met fully the need in each development stage of the animal of all necessary fatty acids. The experiment suggests that the space-treated technology has extensive application in aquaculture.
