摘要 介绍了电站锅炉给水泵再循环系统最小流量调节阀的技术特性及使用状况。改用DRAG迷宫式最小流量调节阀来提高阀流阻系数ζ,从而使最小流量调节阀平稳多级降压,提高了流量调节能力。根据GB 10869-89和GB/T 4213-92设计测试系统,用水回路测试该阀的固有流量特性和阻力特性,为验证理论计算和该阀更深入的内特性试验、流场显示试验提供了重要依据。 The requirement and problem of minimum flow control valve of the recycling system of feed water pump of boiler in power plant was analyzed. The DRAG - Labyrinth minimum flow control valve was used in order to raise the flow resistance coefficient ζ, of valve. The reduce of pressure of minimum flow control valve was multistage and smooth; the ability of flow regulating was improved. Test system was designed according to Gt310869 - 89 and GB/T4213 - 92. the inherent flow charac- teristic and resistance characteristic of valve was tested by water loop. An important basis to verify the theoretical calculation, the more in - depth internal characteristic testing and flow visualization experiments of valve was provided.
