摘要
以虚拟仪器技术构建了电机测试与监测系统平台,给出相关的硬件实现和软件设计流程,实现了多路电压与电流的数据采集、数据管理,并根据相关理论和所测得电压和电流信号的相关参数计算出电机的输入功率、功率因数等其他物理量,实现了实时数据监测。试验结果表明,测试效果良好,验证了测试与监测系统的可行性和有效性。
In this article, an electric machine testing and monitoring system based on technology of virtual instrument has been built up. Hardware structure and software design flow are presented. This system has realized data collection and management for multi-voltage and muhi-current, calculated the motor input power, power factor and other physical parameters. Based on interrelative theory, measured voltage and current signal, realtime data monitoring can be fulfilled. Experiment results show that the testing and monitoring system of the electric machine is available and efficient.
