摘要
详细叙述了目前高校大型仪器设备档案管理统一归档、分段归档和分级归档三种管理模式,并对各种管理模式进行了全面比较,提出了各高等学校应根据本校的实际情况,选择合理合适的管理模式,以期提高设备档案管理效益。
Currently in colleges and universities, the archive management modes of large apparatuses and equipments are divided into unified arehiving mode, periodic arehiving mode and classifying arehiving mode. Each archive management mode has its own advantages and disadvantages. Based on a university＇s characteristics, the suitable archive management mode is encouraged to adopt in order to maximize the favorable factors and improve the management efficiency.
