全麻患者术前静脉应用盐酸戊乙奎醚的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)作为全麻术前用药在减少腺体分泌以及对循环功能、体温的影响,探讨长托宁用于术前用药的安全性和有效性。方法全麻患者80例,随机均分为长托宁(A组)和阿托品(B组)。入室前不用药,入室后分别静注长托宁或阿托品,剂量为0.5mg,记录用药后30min内BP、HR、SpO2、T的变化及患者的口干程度,术毕记录口腔分泌物量。结果2组患者BP、SpO2在给药前、后差异无显著变化。2组患者基础HR差异无显著意义,B组给药后30min内HR明显增快(P<0.01),A组给药后30min内HR无明显增快,2组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。B组用药后30min后体温升高,B组术毕分泌物多于A组。结论长托宁作为全麻术前用药,可明显减少腺体分泌,且无HR增快,无T升高,因此是术前用药中较为理想的抗胆碱药。 Objective To explore the efficiency and safety of penehyclidine hydrochloride as a preoperative anaesthetic by observing its influences on the secretion of gland, blood circulation and body temperature, Methods 80 cases of general anesthesia patients were randomly divided into penehyclidine hydrochloride group( group A)and atropine group( group B). Group A was administered with penehyclidine hydrochloride in dose of 0. 5 mg and group B with atropine in dose of 0. 5 mg. BP, HR, SpO2 ,T and dryness degree of mouth were recorded in 30 minutes after the injection of above medicines, The secretions of mouth were measured after operation. Results The BP and SpO2 of both groups were not significantly different before and after the administration of anaesthetic. There was no significant difference in basic HR. The HR and body temperature in group B increased obviously in 30 minutes after medicine administration compared with group A( P 〈0. 01 ), The secretion of group B was also more than that of group A. Conclusions Penehyclidine hydrochloride can decrease the secretion of gland without the increasing of HR and T and is an ideal anticholinergic drug as preoperative medicine in general anesthesia.
