不同产地葛根中总黄酮和葛根素的含量测定 被引量:13

摘要 目的:考察不同产地葛根中总黄酮和葛根素的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法(UV)测定总黄酮含量;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定葛根素含量,kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(33:67),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为250nm。结果:总黄酮含量为0.66%-18.41%;葛根素含量为0.21%-4.06%。结论:各产地的葛根药材中总黄酮和葛根素含量间变异较大,以四川产葛根中总黄酮和葛根素含量最高。 Objective : To determine the content of total flavonoids and puerarin in Radix Puerariae of different regions, Methods : The content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry ( UV ). The content of puerarin was determined by HPLC, the analysis was performed on a kromasil Cls column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) with methanol-water ( 33:67 ) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL · min^-1, and at a column temperature of 30℃, and the detection of wavelength was 250 nm. Results : The content of total flavonoids was 0,66%-18.41%. The content of puerarin was 0.21%-4.06%. Conclusion : The content of total flavonoids and puerarin in Radix Puerariae had great changes between the different regions, the content of total flavonoids and ouerarin in sichuan Radix Puerariae were the most.
