摘要
目的:观察痛速消涂膜搽剂预防原发性关节炎的药效学作用,为临床安全使用提供参考。方法:建立Freund’s完全佐剂引起的关节炎模型,观察痛速消涂膜搽剂对其的预防作用。结果:痛速消涂膜搽剂能够对Freund’s完全佐剂引起的关节炎大鼠原发性病变有一定的预防作用;能明显抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成;能显著延长0.6%醋酸所致小鼠扭体的潜伏期并减少扭体次数。结论:痛速消涂膜搽剂对实验性大鼠原发性关节炎有一定预防作用,同时具有显著抗炎镇痛的作用。
Objective ： The purpose of this paper is to be used as a reference guide for clinical use and to observe the medical effect of Sutongxiao liniment for treatment of arthritis. Methods ： Create animal model, and observe the medical effect of Sutongxiao liniment. Results ： Sutongxiao liniment serves prevention purpose for arthritis caused by complete adjuvant and rat＇s primary affection. It can reduce the degree and frequency of swelling, and repress formation of rat tampon granuloma？It can dramatically prolong incubation period of mouse twisting caused by 0.6% acetic acid, and reduce number of twisting. Conclusion ： Sutongxiao liniment has prevention effect for arthritis caused by complete adjuvant and rat＇s primary affection, at meantime, it has anti-inflammatory and pain relief effect.
