摘要
针对数字视频监控系统智能化方面的薄弱环节,采用运动目标检测和图像增强方法对视频图像进行处理;针对视频监控系统背景图像变化不大的特点,在传统帧间差分运动目标检测的基础上,提出了对"门"等敏感区域增加权值的方法,成功分离出运动目标,提高了检测效率;给出了对Hall监控视频序列Y分量进行邻域平均加权法、Roberts算子边缘检测的图像增强结果。
According to the intelligence weakness of digital video surveillance system, this paper adopts the technology of motion object detection and image processing to deal with the video image. Because the change of the background image is smaller in digital video surveillance system, this paper puts forward the way for increasing weight of sensitive area based on traditional frame differential method such as door and so on. The results show that this way can succeed in picking up the motion object and availably improve the quality of the detection, and at the same time, use neighborhood weighted average approach and Roberts edge detection to deal with Y - component of Hall video surveillance array and give the result of processing.
