摘要
2006年3月~6月间采用不同直径的穗条和不同洗脱处理进行马尾松的扦插育苗试验.结果表明:插穗直径对马尾松插穗的生根率、生根性状(不定根数、最长不定根长、根总长等)有极显著影响,随着插穗直径的增加,扦插苗生根率、生根性状依次递增;直径3.6~5.0 mm的插穗生根率、生根性状显著大于直径≤0.5和2.6~3.0 mm的插穗;扦插育苗时,应选用直径大于3.0 mm的粗壮枝条作为插穗材料;插前进行洗脱处理,对插穗的生根率、生根性状均有较大影响,说明经洗脱处理后,一定程度上清除了生根抑制物质,有利于插穗的生根;用3%乙醇+0.5%高锰酸钾处理后的插穗的生根率比CK提高了52%.
Experiments were conducted on Pinus rnassoniana seedling growth with different cutting diameters and different elution treatments in Chongqing from March to June in 2005, The results show that cutting diameter has a remarkable influence on the rooting rate and rooting traits (sum of adventitious roots, length of longest root and total length of roots) of l^inus massoniana; that the rooting rate and traits obtained from using the diameter from 3.6 mm to 5.0 mm are significantly greater than those using the diameter less than or equal to 2.5 mm and 2.6~3.0 mm; thus the cutting slips of more than 3.0 mm in diameter are the best choice for seedling growth; and that different elution treatments can affect both the rooting rate and traits because elution eliminates the inhibitory substance of rooting. The rooting rate of cuttings eluted by 3% Ethanol+0. 5% KMnSO4 was increased 52% over that by CK.
