摘要
科技情报工作作为我国科技发展中的"尖兵、耳目和参谋",在我省的经济乃至各项发展中起了不可替代的作用。在今天的社会主义市场经济环境下,我省的科技情报工作面临着许多新的机遇和挑战。在这种情况下,吉林省应当从实际出发,针对这一时期科技情报的发展目标和着眼点,加快吉林省的科技情报发展建设。
Scientific and technological intelligence work as ＂pioneer, the eyes and ears and general staff＂ in the development of China＇s science and technology. It plays an irreplaceable role in our province＇s economic development. In today＇s socialist market economy environment, Jilin province＇s intelligence work will confront with many new opportunities and challenges. Under this situation, Jilin province should proceed from reality. In response to this period＇s development target and goals of the scientific and technological intelligence, Jilin should speed up the development and construction of science and technology information.
