摘要
员工身份置换是国企改制的重要环节,而实现这一环节的关键在于构建新的稳定预期,在新的稳定预期的构建过程中要坚持公平的准则。以吉林省为例介绍员工身份置换的方式及其实现,明确在员工身份置换与构建新的稳定预期过程中员工、企业、政府的主体角色定位。
Replacement of employees' roles is an important link of the reform of state-owned enterprise. The key of the solution to this link is setting up a new stable anticipation and equity rule must be held during this process. This paper introduces the mode and realization of replacement of employees' roles with an example of Jilin province, and definitudes what the rotes of employee, enterprise, and government should play during the process of replacement of employees' roles and establishment of new stable anticipation.
