缬沙坦联用贝那普利治疗高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical observation on the efficacy and safety of valsartan combined with benazepril on patients with essential hypertension complicated with diastolic heart failure

摘要 目的观察缬沙坦联用贝那普利治疗高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法71例高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为缬沙坦联用贝那普利组(治疗组)和单用贝那普利组(对照组),疗程均为6个月。观察治疗前后两组患者的心功能级别、左室舒张功能、心脏结构、血压及药物不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组心力衰竭改善的总有效率分别为88.9%和58.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后左室舒张功能、左心房扩大、左心室肥厚、收缩压与舒张压均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦联用贝那普利治疗高血压合并舒张性心力衰竭有更好的临床疗效,而且是安全的。 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of combined treatment with valsartan and benazepril on patients with essential hypertension (EH) and diastolic heart failure (DHF). Methods Seventy - one patients, EH complicated with DHF were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group included 36 eases given valsartan and benazepril; control group included 35 cases only Was given benazepril. Course of treatments was 6 months. Grade of cardiac function, left ventrieular diastolic function, cardiac structure, blood pressure and medicine side reaction were detected before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate was 88.9% and 58.6% respeetiveiy in the treatment group and control group. There were significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Left ventrieular diastolic function, cardiac structure and blood pressure improved signifiearnly ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were statistical differences in the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Valsartan combined with henazepril was more effective and safety for EH with DHF patients .
